Poke and Blow

Yep, it is an actual remedy for what I was feeling on my run last night, but I don't think it works.

I was hoping that my appendix had burst so I could take a break, but no.

  1. Hey, I ran a 5k yesterday. :) I will not tell you my time because it borders on pathetic. But I went.

    I find that when I side cramp, if I just concentrate on breathing as deep as possible and run witn my hands on my hips for a few strides...that will usually take care of it. If not, I slow down. Keep running girl!
