Hey, I ran a 5k yesterday. :) I will not tell you my time because it borders on pathetic. But I went.
I find that when I side cramp, if I just concentrate on breathing as deep as possible and run witn my hands on my hips for a few strides...that will usually take care of it. If not, I slow down. Keep running girl!

I can't wait till I can say I ran a 5k! That's so exciting. And thanks for the tip, I'll definitely try that.
